I came across Japanese artist Aya Takano's work a while ago on tumblr and fell in love with it- I think because of her characters, these girls that aren't perfect but they're just awkward and lanky and weird and big eyed, there's something loveable and relatable about them. She's part of the
Superflat post-modern art movement which is quite interesting to have a little investigate on. I can't really be bothered to write shit about it because ~a picture paints a thousand words~ so enjoy...
