Unattainable Desires

images from La Garçonne
Just discovered online luxury/designer online shop La Garçonne and it makes me so happy but so sad at the same time. I'm fangirling over all these pretty clothes but then becoming heartbroken when I realise I could never ever afford them. A girl can dream.
These little gems from Boy by Band Of Outsiders are my fantasy "groovin' around the streets of Paris in autumn" clothes. Love the collarless, long-sleeved baby blue dress with its quirky little asymmetric hem and pocket. I have a thing with wanting to look a bit like I'm wearing a sack or servants uniforms from the 1800's all the time. I mean sacks are chic, non?
Crisp white shirt- speaks for itself (still need to somehow acquire one...) and the nicest tailored blazer I've ever seen. I can imagine some big metallic thing around my neck with all of these and black velvet boots! yummy...
Images from Shakuhachi
Shakuhachi has these beautiful eclectic pieces that make me want to galavant around a folk music festival in the Arizona desert with a bearded musician hanging off my every word. I mean what. And leather skirt- you are a little touch of western perfection. Actually all of these are. Sheer shirt, 70's style maxi, leather knee-legnth skirt. Hell yah. Shakuhachi will be setting up shop for a 'pop-up' sale in Brisbane on the 14th, 15th and 16th of July (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) with items reduced from 50%-70%. Yaaay sales!

Mmmm. Last but not least these babies from the new DI$COUNT online superstore. Unfortunately even if I could afford them they are one-offs and not my size anyway (we will be together in my dreams my precious!) Also check out the DI$COUNT blog. So much outrageous cool oozing from that place. ugh.
I start back at school again tomorrow but hopefully I will be able to continue with le blahg. Stay tuned.
